New Delhi: In Jammu and Kashmir, the top commander of Hizbul, Riyaz Jaiku, has been killed. In Pulwama district, security forces killed Riyaz in a clean operation. His stack to be a huge success is for us, now the next target should be Saifullah, its deputy chief. Its task was to increase terrorism in South Kashmir and recruit new boys. Riyaz Naiku was the top commander of Hizbul. After the death of Burhan Wani, the terrorist organization made Riyaz Naiku its commander. The Indian Army placed a reward of Rs 12 lakh on his head. This was the main part of the terrorism which increased especially in South Kashmir. Since he was a resident of Srinagar, the poster boy was made.
