International nursing week inaugurated in Rishikesh AIIMS

Rishikesh: International Nursing Week was duly launched on Wednesday at All India Institute of Medical Sciences AIIMS Rishikesh. Various events will be organized under this seven-day program. In which Kovid will be honored by presenting a citation to encourage front line nursing officers. On Wednesday, AIIMS Director Padmashree Professor Ravi Kant inaugurated the week-long International Nursing Week.

On this occasion, Director AIIMS Padmashree Prof. Ravi Kant encouraged the nursing officers to participate more vigorously in the continuing professional development curriculum. He informed that "all those who come forward for research in the field of nursing in AIIMS Institute will be encouraged." Director Prof. Ravi Kant ji said that "Every nursing officer must be given ICU level training, nurses should come forward at their own level for this important task."

AO Nursing Dr. Pradeep Aggarwal informed that various types of nursing related activities will be conducted under International Nursing Week. Also, Kovid Front Line Nursing Warriors will be honored by presenting a citation for encouragement.
