American women raped in

Rishikesh
: US based 33 years old women allegedly raped by yoga center attendant in
Tapovan area. According to the complaint given to local police the woman
mentioned, she was raped by Gitansh on the night of March 10 after he offered
her alcohol, the police said. The accused is working as attendant in yoga center.
And has been identified as Gitansh (26. She met gitansh in the yoga center as
he was the attendant there and he offered her alcohol and raped her.
She somehow freed herself
and reported the matter to the police, officials said. The woman was
learning yoga at the Yogashala in Tapovan area for a month, police official
Sanjit Kumar said. A case has been
registered under section 376 (rape) of the Indian Penal Code. A medical
examination of the woman was conducted and the report is awaited, he said.
